These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reslide, including the Reslide website, web application, mobile applications, content-generation tools, editing tools, publishing functionality, integrations and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.

The Service is provided by:

In these Terms, “Reslide”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RESLIDE INTELLIGENCE LTD.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing or using the Service, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Reslide.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

By creating an account or using Reslide, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  • the information you provide to Reslide is accurate and complete;

  • your use of the Service is lawful in the country or territory from which you access it; and

  • you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions, export-control laws or other applicable legal restrictions.

Reslide is not intended for children or minors under the age of 18.

2. The Service

Reslide is a content-creation platform that helps users create, edit, design, prepare and publish visual and written social-media content, including carousel posts and related materials.

Depending on the version of the Service, subscription plan, device, geographic location and available functionality, Reslide may provide features including:

  • AI-assisted content generation;

  • carousel creation and editing;

  • content formatting and design;

  • image search and selection;

  • image and file uploads;

  • project storage;

  • content history;

  • content import;

  • document processing;

  • URL analysis;

  • social-media post import;

  • collaboration or team features; and

  • other related functionality introduced from time to time.

Not all functions are available at all times or on every device, platform, subscription plan or geographic market.

We may add, modify, improve, limit or discontinue features as the Service develops.

3. Accounts

Certain parts of the Service require an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • keep your account information current;

  • keep your login credentials secure;

  • not share account credentials with unauthorised persons;

  • promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; and

  • take responsibility for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may be able to sign in through Reslide’s own authentication system or through supported third-party login services, including Google, LinkedIn and, where available, Apple.

Your use of a third-party login provider is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may refuse registration, require account verification or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties from fraud, abuse, security risks or unlawful activity.

4. Connected Social-Media Accounts

Reslide may allow you to connect supported social-media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, through official APIs and authorisation mechanisms.

By connecting a social-media account, you authorise Reslide to access and process the information and permissions made available through the relevant integration to the extent necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Depending on the integration and permissions granted, this may include the ability to:

  • identify the connected account;

  • access account or profile information;

  • maintain an authorised connection;

  • prepare content for the connected account;

  • publish content at your direction;

  • retrieve publishing status or related technical metadata;

  • manage authorised publishing actions; and

  • provide other integration functionality that you expressly activate.

You remain responsible for:

  • the accounts you connect;

  • maintaining authority to use those accounts;

  • reviewing content before publishing;

  • compliance with the rules and policies of the relevant social-media platform;

  • confirming that you have all rights necessary to publish the relevant content; and

  • managing and revoking permissions where appropriate.

You may disconnect a supported social account using functionality made available by Reslide or the relevant third-party platform.

Reslide is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, content removal, account penalties, API changes, service limitations or other actions taken by LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram or another third-party platform.

5. Free Plan

Reslide may offer a free plan.

The free plan may include a limited number of generations or other usage restrictions. At the effective date of these Terms, the intended free allowance is up to 10 generations, subject to the limits displayed in the Service.

Free-plan limits may be changed from time to time.

You may not create multiple accounts, use automated systems or engage in other behaviour intended to circumvent free-plan limitations.

Free-plan access:

  • has no cash value;

  • is not transferable;

  • may not be resold; and

  • may be limited, changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Reslide may offer paid monthly and annual subscription plans.

The specific features, limitations, subscription period and price applicable to your purchase will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • monthly subscriptions renew monthly;

  • annual subscriptions renew annually;

  • subscriptions continue until cancelled;

  • renewal occurs using the payment method associated with the relevant purchase channel; and

  • applicable taxes may be charged as required by law.

Subscription functionality may differ between the web version and mobile applications.

6.1 Web subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Reslide website are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

By purchasing a web subscription, you authorise recurring charges according to the subscription term shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

6.2 Apple App Store subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through an Apple application are processed through Apple’s billing systems and are additionally subject to Apple’s applicable terms and billing rules.

Cancellation and refund requests for such subscriptions may need to be managed through Apple.

6.3 Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through an Android application are processed through Google Play billing systems and are additionally subject to Google’s applicable terms and billing rules.

Cancellation and refund requests for such subscriptions may need to be managed through Google Play.

7. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Before purchasing a subscription, you will be shown the applicable:

  • price;

  • billing period;

  • principal subscription features; and

  • automatic-renewal nature of the subscription.

Where required by applicable law, Reslide or the relevant billing provider may also send renewal or subscription reminders.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the applicable account or billing interface.

For subscriptions purchased:

  • through Reslide’s website, cancellation should be completed through the available account or billing functionality;

  • through Apple, cancellation should be completed using Apple’s subscription-management functionality; and

  • through Google Play, cancellation should be completed using Google Play’s subscription-management functionality.

Unless applicable law or the relevant app marketplace requires otherwise, cancellation:

  • stops the next automatic renewal;

  • does not retroactively cancel the current paid period; and

  • allows continued access to the paid plan until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Deleting the Reslide application from a device does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

Deleting a Reslide account may also not automatically cancel an externally billed subscription. Users must separately cancel subscriptions through the relevant billing provider where required.

9. Refunds

Reslide may issue refunds in appropriate circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Any discretionary refund is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory refund, cancellation, cooling-off or withdrawal rights available under applicable law.

For purchases made through Apple or Google Play, refund decisions may be controlled by the applicable marketplace and must be requested through its procedures.

Reslide does not guarantee that every discretionary refund request will be approved.

When reviewing a discretionary refund request, Reslide may consider factors including:

  • technical failure;

  • duplicate payment;

  • unauthorised payment;

  • material service malfunction;

  • accidental renewal circumstances;

  • actual use of the Service; and

  • other relevant circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Consumer Withdrawal and Cooling-Off Rights

Depending on your place of residence and the nature of your purchase, you may have statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights.

Where applicable law permits immediate performance of a digital service during a statutory withdrawal period, by requesting and using immediate access to the paid Service you request that performance begin without waiting for the expiry of that period.

Where legally required, Reslide will obtain any additional express consent or acknowledgement necessary in connection with immediate digital-service performance.

Your statutory rights may differ depending on:

  • your country of residence;

  • the nature of the subscription;

  • the purchase channel;

  • whether service performance has begun;

  • the extent to which the Service has been supplied; and

  • mandatory local law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Price Changes

Reslide may change subscription prices.

For existing direct subscribers, we intend to provide at least one month’s advance notice before a price increase takes effect for a future renewal, unless:

  • a longer period is required by law;

  • a different process is required by the relevant app marketplace; or

  • the change is caused by a tax or legally required charge that must be implemented differently.

The new price will apply to a subsequent renewal after the effective date of the change.

Where required by applicable law, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

12. User Content

“User Content” means content, information or materials that you provide, submit, upload, import, connect or otherwise make available through Reslide.

User Content may include:

  • structured text inputs;

  • titles;

  • descriptions;

  • instructions;

  • images;

  • logos;

  • brand assets;

  • uploaded documents;

  • imported content;

  • social-media content;

  • connected-account content;

  • URLs;

  • project materials; and

  • other materials submitted to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own the User Content or have sufficient rights to use it;

  • your submission and use of the User Content does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights;

  • the User Content is lawful; and

  • you have the necessary authority to instruct Reslide to process and, where requested, publish the content.

13. Licence from You to Reslide

You grant Reslide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, store, transmit, format, adapt, process and otherwise use your User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • operate the Service;

  • provide requested functionality;

  • generate requested content;

  • save and display your projects;

  • process content through authorised service providers;

  • maintain connected integrations;

  • publish content at your direction;

  • prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents;

  • comply with law; and

  • enforce these Terms.

This licence does not give Reslide ownership of your User Content.

The licence continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to legal retention requirements and temporary backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Artificial Intelligence

Reslide uses artificial-intelligence technology to provide content-generation functionality.

The current AI infrastructure may include direct API connections to:

  • OpenAI GPT models;

  • Google Gemini models; and

  • Alibaba Cloud Qwen models.

Reslide may replace, remove or add AI providers or model-routing infrastructure in the future.

User information entered through structured fields may be combined with Reslide’s internal instructions or system prompts and sent to one or more AI providers to generate requested content.

AI-generated results are referred to as “Generated Content”.

You acknowledge that:

  • Generated Content is produced through automated systems;

  • Generated Content may contain errors;

  • Generated Content may be incomplete;

  • Generated Content may be factually inaccurate;

  • Generated Content may require editing;

  • Generated Content may be similar or identical to content generated for another user;

  • AI output is not guaranteed to be unique;

  • legal intellectual-property protection may not exist for every AI-generated output;

  • the existence and scope of rights in AI-generated material may differ between jurisdictions; and

  • you must review Generated Content before using or publishing it.

Reslide does not guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, legality, suitability or commercial effectiveness of Generated Content.

You are responsible for verifying:

  • facts;

  • names;

  • quotations;

  • statistics;

  • claims;

  • third-party rights;

  • legal requirements;

  • advertising claims;

  • required disclosures; and

  • compliance with social-platform rules.

Reslide does not use your User Content to train Reslide’s own AI models.

15. Rights in Generated Content

Subject to these Terms, applicable law and third-party rights, Reslide intends to give users the broadest commercially usable rights in Generated Content that Reslide can legally grant.

As between you and Reslide, to the extent Reslide obtains transferable rights in Generated Content created specifically for you, Reslide assigns those rights to you or, where assignment is not legally possible, grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • use;

  • reproduce;

  • modify;

  • adapt;

  • publish;

  • distribute;

  • display;

  • communicate; and

  • commercially exploit

that Generated Content.

This does not transfer ownership of:

  • the Reslide software;

  • the Reslide editor;

  • source code;

  • system prompts;

  • proprietary methods;

  • the Reslide design system;

  • reusable templates as standalone assets;

  • Reslide trademarks or branding;

  • third-party content;

  • third-party photographs;

  • social-platform assets; or

  • other materials not owned by Reslide.

The right to use an exported carousel or other completed output does not give you the right to extract, copy, resell or distribute Reslide’s underlying templates, software components or proprietary systems as standalone products.

No exclusivity is promised.

16. Third-Party Images and Materials

Reslide may allow users to search for or use images supplied through third-party services such as Unsplash.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and licence terms applicable to that content.

Reslide does not claim ownership of third-party photographs or other third-party materials.

You are responsible for complying with any applicable:

  • licence conditions;

  • attribution requirements;

  • restrictions on use;

  • personality rights;

  • trademark rights;

  • property rights; and

  • other third-party legal requirements.

The availability of content through Reslide does not guarantee that every possible use of that content is legally permitted in every context or jurisdiction.

17. Reslide Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Reslide.

This includes, without limitation:

  • software;

  • source code;

  • object code;

  • databases;

  • application architecture;

  • editor functionality;

  • interfaces;

  • reusable templates;

  • design systems;

  • layouts;

  • proprietary content-generation methods;

  • internal system prompts;

  • workflows;

  • branding;

  • trademarks;

  • logos; and

  • documentation.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • copy Reslide technology;

  • reverse engineer the Service;

  • decompile or disassemble the Service;

  • copy the Reslide interface or design system to build a competing product;

  • circumvent security controls;

  • resell access to the Service;

  • sublicense your account;

  • use automated scraping systems without written permission; or

18. Acceptable Use

You must not use Reslide to create, distribute, facilitate or promote:

  • deceptive synthetic media or deepfakes;

  • content intended to manipulate individuals through unlawful deception;

  • content violating applicable LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta or other connected-platform rules; or

  • any other content or conduct that creates a material legal, security or abuse risk.

You must also not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;

  • probe or test Service vulnerabilities without permission;

  • bypass rate limits;

  • create accounts in bulk;

  • misuse free-plan limits;

  • interfere with another user’s use of the Service;

  • use Reslide to violate privacy or data-protection laws;

  • use another person’s social account without authorisation; or

  • instruct Reslide to publish content where you lack authority to do so.

Reslide may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action.

19. Publishing Responsibility

Direct publishing functionality is provided as a technical convenience.

Before publishing content, you are responsible for reviewing the final content and confirming:

  • accuracy;

  • formatting;

  • publication timing;

  • intended destination account;

  • compliance with applicable law;

  • compliance with advertising rules;

  • intellectual-property rights;

  • privacy rights;

  • disclosure requirements;

  • AI-content disclosure requirements where applicable; and

  • compliance with relevant platform policies.

Reslide is not responsible for consequences arising from content that you direct the Service to publish, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

20. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party services and technologies, which may include:

  • AI model providers;

  • hosting providers;

  • cloud infrastructure providers;

  • payment providers;

  • mobile app marketplaces;

  • social-media APIs;

  • image providers;

  • authentication providers;

  • email providers;

  • analytics providers; and

  • advertising technologies.

Third-party services may experience:

  • outages;

  • changes;

  • API restrictions;

  • rate limits;

  • policy changes;

  • discontinuation;

  • geographic restrictions; or

  • other limitations outside Reslide’s reasonable control.

Reslide does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

Where a third-party integration becomes unavailable or commercially impractical, Reslide may modify, replace or discontinue the affected feature.

21. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about Reslide, you grant Reslide a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without obligation to compensate you.

This does not give Reslide ownership of your private projects or User Content.

22. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;

  • updates;

  • security incidents;

  • third-party service failures;

  • infrastructure problems;

  • API restrictions;

  • force majeure events; or

  • other technical or operational reasons.

We may modify the Service where reasonably necessary to:

  • improve functionality;

  • address security issues;

  • comply with law;

  • respond to third-party platform changes;

  • manage technical limitations;

  • prevent abuse; or

  • develop the product.

Where a material change significantly reduces a paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice where practicable and legally required.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • a material breach of these Terms;

  • illegal activity;

  • fraud;

  • a security threat;

  • abuse of the Service;

  • repeated infringement of third-party rights;

  • payment failure;

  • circumvention of usage limits;

  • misuse of integrations;

  • platform-policy violations creating risk for Reslide;

  • legal requirements; or

  • a need to protect Reslide, users or third parties.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a breach before permanent termination.

Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to address:

  • security incidents;

  • fraud;

  • unlawful conduct;

  • serious abuse;

  • imminent harm; or

  • urgent legal obligations.

24. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through available account-deletion functionality or by contacting support@reslide.ai.

As Reslide develops its applications, account deletion functionality may be provided directly through account settings and other required channels.

Account deletion generally results in deletion of:

  • account profile data;

  • stored projects; and

  • other account-linked content,

subject to:

  • applicable legal requirements;

  • accounting retention;

  • fraud prevention;

  • security obligations;

  • legal claims;

  • suppression records needed to honour marketing opt-outs; and

  • temporary backup retention.

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an externally billed Apple or Google Play subscription. Such subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable marketplace where required.

25. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

Reslide does not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available;

  • every AI output will be accurate;

  • every output will be unique;

  • every output will qualify for copyright or other legal protection;

  • content will achieve a particular engagement level;

  • content will produce followers, sales, leads or revenue;

  • third-party platforms will accept every post;

  • connected APIs will remain available;

  • social platforms will not change their rules;

  • content will be suitable for every jurisdiction; or

  • the Service will meet every particular professional or commercial objective.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

26. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud;

  • fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Consumers

If you use Reslide as a consumer, Reslide is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of Reslide’s breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

Reslide is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Business or professional use

Where you use the Service wholly or mainly for trade, business, craft or professional purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Reslide is not liable for indirect or consequential loss;

  • Reslide is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, contracts or goodwill; and

  • Reslide’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of £100 and the subscription fees you paid directly to Reslide during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

27. Force Majeure

Reslide is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • terrorism;

  • civil unrest;

  • widespread internet failures;

  • major cloud-infrastructure failures;

  • labour disputes;

  • government action;

  • sanctions;

  • power failures;

  • widespread cyber incidents;

  • third-party platform outages; or

  • similar events beyond reasonable control.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through:

  • the Service;

  • email;

  • account notification; or

  • another appropriate method.

Changes will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.

Where legally required, we will ask for renewed acceptance.

Your continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would apply to you under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded by agreement.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable mandatory consumer law, including, where applicable, the courts of your country of habitual residence.

If you are not acting as a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

30. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Failure by Reslide to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where such restriction is legally permitted.

Reslide may transfer these Terms as part of:

  • a merger;

  • acquisition;

  • corporate restructuring;

  • financing transaction; or

  • sale of all or part of the business,

provided that applicable consumer and privacy rights continue to be respected.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific subscription information shown at purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
