  • otherwise interact with the Service.

Third-party services may process personal data under their own terms and privacy policies when you interact directly with them.

3. Personal Data We Collect

  • account status;

  • subscription status;

  • account settings.

Where you use a third-party sign-in service, we may receive information authorised by that provider and by you.

Depending on the login options available, this may include Google, LinkedIn and, where implemented, Apple.

3.2 User Content and project data

We process content you provide to create and manage Reslide projects.

This may include:

  • structured text input;

  • topics;

  • descriptions;

  • content instructions;

  • preferred style information;

  • uploaded images;

  • logos;

  • brand assets;

  • imported content;

  • documents;

  • URLs;

  • social-media content;

  • project names;

  • generated content;

  • editing history; and

  • other information included in materials you provide.

Some of these features may be introduced gradually and may not be available in every version of the Service.

You should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal data in content submitted to Reslide.

3.3 AI processing data

Reslide currently provides structured content-generation functionality.

Information entered into structured Reslide fields may be:

  1. combined with Reslide's internal system instructions or prompts;

  2. transmitted to one or more AI service providers;

  3. processed to generate requested content; and

  4. returned to Reslide for display, editing or use in a project.

Current direct AI API providers may include:

  • OpenAI, for GPT models;

  • Google, for Gemini models; and

  • Alibaba Cloud, for Qwen models.

Reslide may add, remove or replace AI providers or introduce model-routing providers in the future.

Where a material change affects how personal data is processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

Reslide does not use User Content to train Reslide's own AI models.

Reslide does not currently provide a general free-form AI chatbot prompt interface and does not retain a separate user prompt-history database. Information entered through structured fields may nevertheless be processed as part of your project and may be transmitted to AI providers to perform the requested generation.

Third-party AI providers may process and temporarily retain submitted information in accordance with their applicable business API terms, contractual arrangements, security practices and legal obligations.

4. Connected Social-Media Accounts

You may connect supported third-party accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, through authorised API integrations.

Depending on the integration, functionality and permissions you grant, we may process:

  • social-platform account identifiers;

  • display name;

  • profile information;

  • connected-account information;

  • LinkedIn profile or account information made available through authorised permissions;

  • Instagram account information made available through authorised permissions;

  • access tokens or equivalent authorisation credentials;

  • permissions granted to Reslide;

  • publishing instructions;

  • publication status;

  • post identifiers;

  • technical information necessary to perform authorised publishing actions; and

  • related integration metadata.

The precise information made available depends on:

  • the social platform;

  • the permissions requested;

  • the permissions you approve;

  • the Reslide functionality being used; and

  • changes made by the platform.

Reslide uses connected-account data to provide requested features such as account connection and direct publishing.

If Reslide later introduces social-performance analytics, follower analytics or additional social-account data processing, the relevant disclosures will be updated as appropriate.

You may revoke access through Reslide functionality where available or through the relevant social platform.

5. Payment and Subscription Data

For web subscriptions, payments are processed through Stripe.

For mobile subscriptions, payments may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store billing; or

  • Google Play billing.

Depending on the purchase channel, Reslide may receive:

  • subscription plan;

  • subscription status;

  • billing period;

  • renewal status;

  • payment amount;

  • currency;

  • transaction identifier;

  • payment-provider customer reference;

  • payment status;

  • limited billing information; and

  • other transaction metadata.

When payment details are entered directly into a payment provider's payment environment, Reslide does not need to receive full card information.

Payment providers process payment information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Technical and Usage Data

When you use Reslide, we may automatically process technical information including:

  • IP address;

  • browser type;

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • application version;

  • language settings;

  • approximate location derived from IP address;

  • login timestamp;

  • pages or screens viewed;

  • feature usage;

  • referral information;

  • interaction events;

  • diagnostic information;

  • technical logs;

  • security events;

  • error data, where error-monitoring functionality is implemented; and

  • cookie or similar technology identifiers.

We use this information for:

  • security;

  • authentication;

  • Service operation;

  • fraud prevention;

  • diagnostics;

  • analytics;

  • product improvement;

  • performance monitoring; and

  • advertising measurement, where consent or another valid legal basis is available.

7. Analytics and Advertising Data

Reslide currently uses or plans to use technologies including:

  • Google Analytics;

  • Google Ads; and

  • Meta Pixel.

Subject to your consent where required, these technologies may process information concerning:

  • page visits;

  • referral source;

  • interactions;

  • approximate location;

  • browser or device information;

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will be controlled through the Reslide consent interface where required.

The intended options are:

Accept All

Manage Preferences

More information is available in the Cookie Policy.

8. Support and Communications Data

If you contact Reslide, we may process:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • account details;

  • message content;

  • attachments;

  • resolve disputes;

  • improve support quality;

  • detect abuse; and

  • protect legal rights.

9. Marketing Communications

Transactional and service-related communications may be sent when necessary to operate the Service.

These may include:

  • registration messages;

  • authentication messages;

  • password-reset messages;

  • security notices;

  • payment information;

  • subscription notices;

  • important Service changes;

  • legal notices; and

  • support communications.

You cannot unsubscribe from essential transactional communications while maintaining an active account where those communications are necessary to provide or secure the Service.

Promotional communications may include:

  • product updates;

  • new feature announcements;

  • content tips;

  • educational materials;

  • offers;

  • discounts; and

  • re-engagement messages.

Reslide sends promotional email communications to users who have subscribed or where another legally permitted basis applies.

Where consent is required, marketing consent will be requested separately and will not be treated as a condition of receiving the core Service.

Every promotional marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional communications.

We may retain minimal suppression-list information after an unsubscribe request to ensure that the address is not added back to marketing campaigns accidentally.

10. How We Use Personal Data and Our Legal Bases

Depending on the jurisdiction, we rely on one or more legal bases.

Providing the Service

We process account, project, AI-generation, connected-account and subscription data to:

  • create and manage accounts;

  • authenticate users;

  • provide content generation;

  • save and display projects;

  • provide editing tools;

  • connect authorised social accounts;

  • perform requested publishing;

  • provide subscription functionality; and

  • respond to Service-related requests.

For users covered by the GDPR or UK GDPR, the principal legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Service security and fraud prevention

We process account, technical, log and security data to:

  • secure accounts;

  • prevent fraud;

  • detect abuse;

  • protect systems;

  • investigate incidents;

  • enforce Terms; and

  • protect users and third parties.

The legal basis may include legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Analytics and product improvement

We may process usage information to understand Service performance and improve the product.

Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies require consent, we rely on consent.

For other internal analytics not requiring consent, we may rely on legitimate interests where legally permitted and after considering user rights.

Advertising and measurement

We use advertising and measurement technologies only where we have an appropriate legal basis.

Where consent is required, the relevant technology will not be activated until consent is obtained.

Marketing

Where required, we rely on consent to send marketing communications.

Where a jurisdiction permits an existing-customer exception or another lawful basis, we may use that basis only where the applicable requirements are satisfied.

Legal compliance

We may process information to:

  • meet tax and accounting obligations;

  • respond to lawful authorities;

  • comply with court orders;

  • comply with sanctions obligations;

  • maintain legally required records; and

  • protect legal rights.

The legal basis may be compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Reslide is operated by a Cyprus company and uses service providers operating internationally.

Personal data may therefore be processed:

  • within the European Economic Area;

  • in the United Kingdom;

  • in other jurisdictions relevant to the particular provider.

Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses;

  • the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum where applicable;

  • contractual safeguards;

  • supplementary technical or organisational measures; or

  • another legally permitted transfer mechanism.

The exact processing location may depend on the service provider, API configuration, service region and technical architecture.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to meet legal obligations.

Our intended retention framework is:

Active accounts

Account data is retained for the duration of the active account.

Projects

Projects are retained until:

  • deleted by the user;

  • the account is deleted; or

  • another retention rule or legal obligation applies.

Account deletion

Account-linked data is deleted promptly after a valid deletion request, subject to:

  • legal obligations;

  • payment and accounting retention;

  • fraud prevention;

  • security requirements;

  • legal claims;

  • suppression records; and

  • temporary backup retention.

Future backups

Where backup systems are implemented, deleted information may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days after deletion from primary systems, unless a longer period is required for exceptional security or legal reasons.

Backups are not intended to be used for ordinary active processing.

Inactive free accounts

A free account may be treated as inactive after 12 months without account activity.

Before deleting an inactive free account, Reslide intends to provide advance notice and an opportunity to preserve the account where reasonably practicable.

Active paid accounts

A paid account will not be deleted solely because of inactivity while an active paid subscription remains in effect.

Technical and security logs

Technical and security logs are retained for 90 days by default.

Some logs may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate fraud;

  • investigate abuse;

  • investigate a security incident;

  • protect legal claims; or

  • meet legal obligations.

Support communications

Support correspondence is generally retained for three years after closure of the relevant support request.

Payment and accounting records

Payment, accounting and tax records are retained for periods required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Marketing records

Marketing consent and unsubscribe records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent and honour opt-out requests.

Connected-account authorisations

Connected-account authorisation information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the requested integration, until disconnection, account deletion, expiry or revocation, subject to technical and legal requirements.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Reslide uses cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:

  • authentication;

  • security;

  • remembering consent choices;

  • Service operation;

  • analytics;

  • campaign measurement; and

  • advertising.

Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where permitted by law because they are necessary for requested functionality.

Analytics and advertising technologies are controlled through consent mechanisms where applicable.

More details are available in the Cookie Policy.

Where UK data-protection law applies, you may have rights including:

  • access;

  • restriction;

  • objection;

Where applicable, you may use Reslide's cookie preference controls to reject non-essential advertising technologies.

16. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise a privacy right, contact:

support@reslide.ai

Please describe your request clearly.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

We may request information reasonably necessary to:

  • verify account ownership;

  • identify relevant records;

  • prevent unauthorised disclosure; or

  • prevent fraudulent deletion requests.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

  • account settings;

  • mobile application deletion functionality;

  • an online deletion-request resource; or

Account deletion will remove associated project data from active systems, subject to:

  • legal retention duties;

  • payment and accounting obligations;

  • security and fraud-prevention needs;

  • legal claims;

  • marketing suppression records; and

  • temporary backup retention.

Disconnecting a social-media account does not necessarily delete the Reslide account.

Deleting a Reslide account does not necessarily cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.

18. Data Security

Reslide uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data.

Measures may include, where appropriate:

  • access controls;

  • authentication controls;

  • encryption in transit;

  • restricted internal access;

  • logging;

  • abuse prevention; and

  • incident response procedures.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should:

  • protect account credentials;

  • use secure devices;

  • avoid sharing account access; and

  • notify Reslide promptly if account compromise is suspected.

19. AI and Automated Decision-Making

Reslide uses AI to generate and transform content.

This automated generation is part of the Service requested by the user.

Reslide does not currently use AI to make decisions about users that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on them.

AI-generated content should be reviewed by users before use or publication.

20. Children and Minors

Reslide is intended only for persons aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create accounts.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may take steps to:

  • restrict the account;

  • delete associated information,

subject to applicable legal requirements.

A parent, guardian or other person who believes that a minor has created a Reslide account may contact support@reslide.ai.

  • reorganisation;

  • sale of assets; or

personal data may be disclosed or transferred as part of the transaction.

Where required, we will provide notice and preserve applicable privacy rights.

  • new functionality;

  • changes in providers;
