Effective date: 7 July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how RESLIDE INTELLIGENCE LTD collects, uses, stores, discloses and otherwise processes personal data in connection with Reslide. It applies to the Reslide website, web application, mobile applications and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.

SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Applies when users visit the website, create/use accounts, use web/mobile apps, create/edit content, upload materials, connect social accounts, publish content, manage subscriptions, communicate with support, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise interact with the Service.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Includes account/identity information, user content and project data, AI processing data, connected social-media account data, payment/subscription data, technical/usage data, analytics/advertising data, and support/communications data.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA RECIPIENTS
Includes Cloudflare, Hetzner, OpenAI, Google, Alibaba Cloud, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram, Unsplash, Zoho Mail, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other authorised/legal recipients.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Data may be processed within the EEA, UK, US, and other provider jurisdictions, using mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, SCCs, UK IDTA/UK Addendum, contractual safeguards, and supplementary measures where applicable.
DATA RETENTION
Active accounts retained while active; projects retained until deletion/account deletion/legal obligation; account-linked data deleted after valid request subject to legal/security/payment exceptions; backups (where implemented) may retain deleted data up to 30 days; inactivity, logs, support, payment/accounting, marketing, and connected-account authorization retention rules are defined.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Used for authentication, security, consent choices, service operation, analytics, campaign measurement, and advertising. Non-essential technologies controlled via consent mechanisms where applicable.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Rights vary by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint rights (including GDPR/UK GDPR, LGPD, and certain US state laws).
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
Contact support@reslide.ai with a clear request. Identity verification may be required. Responses provided within legally required periods, subject to legal exceptions.
ACCOUNT DELETION
Deletion may be requested via account settings, mobile app deletion functionality, online deletion-request resource, or support@reslide.ai. Deletion subject to legal/payment/security/fraud/legal-claim/suppression/backup exceptions.
DATA SECURITY
Measures may include access/authentication controls, encryption in transit, infrastructure/network protections, provider security review, restricted internal access, logging, abuse prevention, and incident response. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
AI AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Reslide uses AI to generate/transform content as part of requested service. It does not currently use AI for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users.
CHILDREN AND MINORS
Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older. Accounts believed to belong to persons under 18 may be restricted/terminated and associated information deleted, subject to legal requirements.
BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
In merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, reorganisation, asset sale, or similar transactions, personal data may be disclosed/transferred, with notice and preservation of applicable rights where required.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Policy may be updated for functionality/provider/practice/technical/legal/operational changes. Material changes may be notified by email, service, account notification, or updated website notice.
